Buyers and Sellers can manage documents, track shipments in real-time and simplify end-of-season invoice reconciliation.
This section pulls all active shipments from internal system SmartSheets:
Data fields likely include:
- Shipment ID (Reference: PO, Manifest number, Invoice #)
- Grower Name: legal name
- Buyer Name: legal name
- Commodity, variety, pack size, pack type, etc. (or Item Description)
- Deal terms: Fixed, Consigned
- Payment Terms: 30 days
- Date Shipped
- Arrival Date
- Acceptance Date (date the buyer accepts the shipment)
- Estimated and Final GMV
- Estimated and Final Pricing
- Estimated and Final Deductions
- Estimated and Final Grower Balance
